The room is impeccable, with great amenities. The food is outstanding, especially at Taraz. Loved the unique entrance and comfortable check-in area. Fantastic rooftop swimming area. Great service from Rone at the pool and Matteo at reception. The attention to detail is impressive.

Luxurious amenities surpassed my expectations at this venue. the spacious rooms were beautifully designed and had all the latest technologies. the awe-inspiring rooftop pool and the garden area were delightful places to relax and enjoy the stunning views. the helpful and attentive staff, especially at the South American restaurant, gave an overall outstanding service.
The only minor drawback was the room service that was not as efficient as expected, which resulted in a delayed delivery of dinner. it was quickly resolved and didn't affect my otherwise fabulous experience at this hotel.

The room, facilities, and food were amazing. Comfortable and clean in every detail. Lovely food. Friendly and sophisticated service. Thumbs up for the pool staff and reception. Concierge was helpful. Amazing attention to details. Made me feel special and on holidays. Nice architecture, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, good food. Great location in the heart of Sao Paulo's old business district.

The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.
